Post Breakup Panic

If breaking up is hard to do, moving forward may seem harder. Here are some quick tips to help you cope:

  2. Find the best way to cope--Whether it's saying a final goodbye, going away on a trip, or surrounding yourself with friends, work on how you can achieve total closure.
