Glowing Skin

When I was in teenager stage, I learned how to care my skin, in a very simple way, using moisturizer like lotion.  I wondered why are the actresses have that healthy and glowing skin, maybe because they use the most expensive brand of soap? Or maybe they had skin treatment from the experts? Or some of them are lucky to have that natural glowing skin.
But do you know that, experts said, "you are what you eat" especially if it is about your skin.  It's certainly possible to eat your way to better skin, or sometimes supplements can help you get that healthy glow. Vitamin C improves skin health, countering sun damage. To keep skin looking healthy despite sun exposure, apply vitamin C cream directly to skin and eat foods rich in vitamin such as peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, and dark leafy greens, might also benefit from taking vitamin C supplements.
